http://zelda.mariomarathon.com/

A bunch of people playing Zelda games and raising money for a children’s charity called The Child’s Play.

It brings toys for kids who are in the hospital.. which I find really awesome..

Just some thoughts…

Today I was thinking of someone very special to me..

I love him a lot..  he brings a smile to my face and makes me laugh when I have a bad day.

I am so appreciative for everything that he has done for me.. from encouraging me to helping me out with my webpage and my blog.

Someday soon I hope to hug him and never let go

I know he might not read this but I wanted to write it down anyways

Thank you and I love you

you know who you are..

Long time no Blog

I think it’s been over a week since my last blog… sorry for all of you who read my blogs regularly .

Things are going great here  I have this Hot August Nights market thing happening every Thursday night down at the Beach for all those who care to come down. It starts the first Thursday night in August.  I got some new stuff coming out that I am excited about :)

anyways….

There is an organization in my town for people who are developmentally disabled. I want to make it clear that I think what they do for their clients is exceptional and good for the community. However, this organization gets a lot more funding than any other organization that helps people with other types of disabilities. Isn’t a disability a disability? Why can’t people with non-developmental disabilities get that money too so they can enter a job program? In all fairness, every organization for people with disabilities should be treated with equal regard.

More about them later…

The Symbol Part 2

Thank you to my lovely friend on Deviant art and a very nice guy who commented on my blogs I have found out what the symbol means.  It’s a symbol from the fraternal order of the Knights of Pythias.

the three letters in the triangle mean this Friendship, Charity and Benevolence

The fraternity was founded in Washington, DC, February 19, 1864, by Justus H. Rathbone and was the first order to be chartered by the act of congress which I thought was  interesting .

If you want to learn more about them they have a website  at  http://www.pythias.org/

Another question answered…

Thanks to Aaron and Tez13  for helping me out

and another big thanks to John for everything he does

Strange symbols in the graveyard

Yes I have this weird love for graveyards… I love the peacefulness, I love to hear the birds sing, and for some reason I feel really relaxed.

Tonight I was walking in the graveyard taking pictures with my digital camera when I came across this strange symbol. Freemasons have symbols kinda like this one.. could it be a freemason symbol? If anyone knows what it is please tell me I am so curious about it

Tales of my neighbours #1

Today I was getting ready for art when I heared some crying… crap I thought not another Saturday/Sunday morning. So I got ready and walked out the door, when I saw my neighbour crying and her son digging a hole outside.  ”Are you alright” I said, ”no” she replied back. So I found out Tolliger her cat  had been hit by a car and left for dead without the person stopping.  I talked to her for a few minutes about how much he was a good kitten when she asked me if I wanted to go to the funeral… Since I was getting picked up I told her I couldn’t make it so I declined and sat on my chair outside the door and waited for my ride…  I was still waiting when her other son came outside with this clear rubbermaid container with the cat wrapped up with a blanket with potleafs all over it..  I am not sure what happened after but little Tolliger was laid to rest…

RIP Tolliger

I hope they have catnip in Kitty Heaven for you.

Bonus Story….

Okay while I am thinking of bizzare pet funerals here is another story…

A friend of mine use to have this neighbour with a long haired chuwawa dog. One day the dog ran across the road and was killed by a school bus..

to make this long story short she had the dog under a sheet on her dining room table with candles around it smoking a whole lotta pot trying to bring it back to life…

Have a good night

Slum Lords and Neighbours

The other night all my neighbours on my side of the townhouse complex minus one got in a huge fight.

here it was late at night  the rest of the world is trying to sleep but the morons were out fighting with each other.

From what I heared one of my neighbors is sleeping with the other neighbours   husband/bf   and that one of them owes one a bunch of money.

This kind of crap happens all the time where I live and I am kinda fed up with it..

The cops were called at least 2 times that night according to another neighbor ( The nice quiet neighbor that is)

apparently they did nothing but split them up because at 8 in the morning it started all over again

this time 2 of them had this other girl by the throat smashing her head against my dining room window.

I know I need to be a witness to them but it’s hard when they make me sleep deprived and worrying about my own safety.

Anyways this leads up to another story about my landlord…

My landlord is getting old I know but why does he let all these morons in… my guess is this $$$

I found out tonight that anybody new moving in is paying almost $700 dollars now for one of Units

Who in there good mind would pay that much money for one of these places… the landlord fixes things with duct tape or the cheapest way possible the repairs never work all the units have a huuuuuge amount of fixing needed on each one…

( my rent is much much lower)

anyways… I am cleaning the bathroom again tomorrow with that chemical but this time i will wear a mask so I don’t feel like I have asthma

My landlord is a dumb….

Today I went on a cleaning rampage in my house again.

While I was cleaning my bathroom I noticed the plastic wall covering stuff they use in showers coming off again…

Crap..  I thought this means I am going to get my landlord in here again to ”fix it”

When my landlord ”fixes” things it usually means duct tape and other things

and when I say duct tape I mean duct tape..

The last time this happened to our shower he actually fixed it with duct tape

I think my bathroom someday might actually all be all duct tape soon  80%  duct tape and 10% original bathroom…

The time our sink in our kitchen broke it took him 3 weeks to replace the water facet because he refused to let the old one go.. ( I am amazed he didn’t use duct tape)

My landlord is cheap so so very cheap… he refuses to fix things but he wants to sell the building I live in

he wants 1/2 of million dollars for the building and property I live on… what the heck… who would want to buy a piece of crappy land and a building that is made out of duct tape for that much..

The last time I complained to him about my neighbour trying to breakdown my door because he thought it was his house all he said was …. I can’t help it

I know it’s hard to evict people… but when these people make a lot of property damage and sell drugs believe you have the right to get rid of them..

Okay that was a little vent

my lung are hurting from all the bleach like substance I used

Summer nights

It’s hard to feel sleepy during the summer… the heat, the noise, and just feeling blah.

Nothing new or exciting happened yesterday besides working on a few new things for my site and putting some up in the window.. anyways…

I’ve been working really hard on my goals and dreams and someday I hope the accomplish them all.

All I want in life is to be a Wife a mother to  follow God and to bead for a living

I know I must be simple but it’s what I want in life…  I tried the school thing and being stuck in a room full of people who dissed my beliefs and the work that I didn’t agree with either… just irked me.

Anyways I am going to get my butt in bed and read a book till I fall asleep.

Fun and the Sun

Yesterday I went out of town for a little day trip to the lovely town of Campbell River

I did a little clothes shopping buying a new pair of jeans and some new light t-shirts.

I met some new people and chatted a bit…

Today I did a little cleaning and tried to beaded a little jewelry.

nothing much really as I feel really under the weather with this stupid cold of mine and it being so hot outside.

I got some new deviants up on my site and some new items on my webpage
